NSW Department of Education (since 2017)
Current product owner of the Education Insights Hub since 2023. As a member of the COVID-19 and Crisis Taskforce Leadership Team (2021-2022), I was responsible for the successful roll out of the rapid antigen test program, daily data analysis of COVID trends across education and the crisis response for the two flood events of 2022. I played a key leadership role in the before and after school care program (2019-2021), leading the first ever before and after school care census and the development of the first BASC Finder tool.
Physical Disability Council of New South Wales (2015-2017)
Led the communications function on behalf of the organisation with a successful rebrand, launch of a new WCAG-compliant website and key campaigns supporting awareness of physical disabilities, supporting the emergency readiness of people with disability and engagement with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Ginger Social and SoGuru Media (2012-2016)
Co-founder, Chief Communications Officer and an early pioneer of social media marketing in Australia. Consistently successful high-profile campaigns for a range of clients in Australia and North America, including non-profits, start ups, agribusiness, political parties, ARIA-nominated musicians and music festivals.
